1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and payments made through platforms operated by THINKBIG APPLICATIONS LLP.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate or excess payment
  • Payment deducted but service not activated or delivered
  • Technical error from our end
  • Unauthorized transaction reported within the allowed timeframe

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by THINKBIG APPLICATIONS LLP.

3. No Return, No Exchange, No Replacement

  • Returns are not allowed under any circumstances
  • Exchanges are not allowed
  • Replacements are not allowed

Once a product or service is delivered or activated, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

4. Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be raised within 24 hours from the date of transaction. Requests raised after this period will not be considered.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds will be credited within 3–5 business days

  • Reason for refund
