Data that will be deleted

• User profile details such as name and phone number.
• Saved addresses, location preferences, and contact details.
• Device tokens used for push notifications.
• Account authentication records linked to your Allowme Services user account.
• Support messages or optional information you voluntarily provided, where deletion is technically and legally possible.

Data that may be retained and why

Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or regulatory compliance purposes.

• Transaction, invoice, payment, refund, and tax records may be retained for up to 8 years or longer if required by applicable law.
• Service request, booking, vendor communication, complaint, and dispute records may be retained for up to 3 yearsafter closure for operational, legal, and support purposes.
• Security logs, audit logs, and fraud-prevention records may be retained for up to 180 days, unless a longer retention period is required for investigation or compliance.
• Data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics and service improvement.

What happens after deletion

• You will no longer be able to access your user account.
• Active or pending service requests may need to be completed, cancelled, or resolved before deletion can be finalized.
• If you create a new account later using the same phone number, it will be treated as a new account unless retained legal records must be associated for compliance.
